The SME WellBusiness Charter is a free and practical wellbeing programme that provides SMEs with a clear framework for building a healthy workplace. Developed by Chambers Ireland in partnership with Healthy Ireland, it is available exclusively to Chamber members.

Investing in workplace health and wellbeing delivers a strong return—while doing nothing comes at a cost. Inaction can lead to turnover, absenteeism, and presenteeism, but prevention pays—strategies such as culture change and raising mental health awareness can return up to €6.30 for every €1 spent.

The programme offers simple, step‑by‑step support through tools, templates and training — all designed for busy SMEs who want an easy-to-follow framework for improving employee wellbeing. By strengthening how your organisation supports its people, the Charter can help improve staff retention, reduce absenteeism and boost productivity. Ireland in partnership with Healthy Ireland, it is available exclusively to Chamber members.
